How it works

Tell us your goals.

We'll get you there.

The same arc applies whether you're optimizing payments, setting up a brokerage, or both — figure out where you are now, where you want to be, and what stands between the two. Then we actually do that work, end to end.

NOT A FIXED-LENGTH PROJECT

We don't measure engagements in weeks or months. We measure them in outcomes that hold.

First go-live happens fast — typically ~60% faster than the same onboarding done in-house. But the relationship doesn't stop there. As you grow into new regions or markets shift, we keep adding rails, swapping out underperformers, and tightening the stack.

THE ENGAGEMENT

Six moves. In order.

Each step builds on the previous. Skipping ahead — applying to PSPs before fixing the entity, or going live without proper routing — is exactly the pattern that produces the shutdowns and stalled approvals we're hired to undo.

  1. STEP 01

    Audit your stack

A working call to understand where you are today and where you want to be: vertical, current corporate setup, current payment setup, the regions you're in and the regions you want to enter. This isn't a pitch call — it's the input we need to map a path your stack can run.

  2. STEP 02

    Fix the structure

If your current entity, jurisdiction or licensing won't unlock the PSPs you need, we say so up front and lay out what to add or restructure first. If your structure is already aligned with your targets, we skip this and move on.

  3. STEP 03

    Negotiate the PSPs

We approach the providers who fit your vertical and target regions, negotiate commercials directly, and bring you offers — not introductions. The shortlist is what will actually onboard you, at terms we've already pushed on.

  4. STEP 04

    Configure routing and checkout

We set up the orchestration layer that routes traffic between your PSPs by region and method, applies cascading (automatic failover from one PSP to another when a transaction declines) and retries to lift approval rates, and gives every region a backup if a primary provider throttles or has an outage.

  5. STEP 05

    Onboard and integrate

Applications, KYB documentation, integrations, MID provisioning (the merchant account ID a PSP issues), settlement setup — we handle it end to end, with no return queue back to your team.

  6. STEP 06

    Run, optimize, expand

After go-live we monitor approval rates, decline mix and PSP health, optimize routing rules as patterns change, and add new payment methods or providers as you grow into additional regions. The stack evolves with the business.

SCOPE

What you bring. What we deliver.

The short version of what each side of the engagement does.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Your vertical, license status, and target regions
  • Current corporate setup, if any
  • Current PSP setup, if any
  • Documentation we request during onboarding
  • Decisions on offers we bring back
WHAT WE DELIVER
  • The structure to unlock the PSPs you need
  • PSPs negotiated and onboarded, not introduced
  • Routing, cascading, and retries configured
  • MIDs provisioned and integrations completed
  • Monitoring, optimization, and expansion ongoing
AFTER GO-LIVE

We don't ship and disappear.

Going live is a milestone, not a finish line. The stack only stays optimal if someone is watching it — which is why ongoing monitoring, optimization and expansion are part of the engagement, not a separate sales cycle later.

Approval-rate monitoring

We watch approval by BIN country, issuer, ticket band and method — and tune routing when patterns shift.

Decline-reason tracking

If decline mix changes, we adjust retry logic, 3DS strategy, or surface APMs proactively to recover lost GMV.

PSP health & failover

If a provider throttles, slows down or goes offline, traffic shifts to a healthy backup automatically — and we follow up commercially.

New methods & regions

When you expand into a new region or want to add a method, we negotiate, integrate and route it without restarting the engagement.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Send the brief.

We send the path.

Tell us where you are today, where you want to be, and what's standing in the way. We come back with the path, the timing, and the PSPs — and if you want us to build it, we start immediately.
