STEP 1 OF 3 — ABOUT YOU
What do you run?
Monthly processing volume?

We use the middle of your band for the math. (USD or equivalent.)

Where do your customers pay from?

Pick all that apply.

How the check works

The Stack Check compares your answers against the ranges we see negotiating and running payment stacks for high-risk merchants — by volume, by region, by structure. Every estimate is a range, every assumption is shown, and nothing here is a quote. It's the same first pass we run when a merchant asks us to look at their stack — self-serve, and anonymous.

What the Stack Check scores

Four pillars, 25 points each — the four places high-risk stacks leak money.

Cost

What you actually pay to process, not the headline rate you were quoted. If you’ve never computed it, start with what is your effective processing rate and how to read your PSP statement.

Approvals

The share of legitimate payments that actually go through. Usually worth more than any fee cut — here’s why approval rates beat lower fees.

Coverage

Whether customers can pay the way they already pay: local payment methods, by region, not just cards.

Structure

The entity and licensing behind your processing, and how corporate structure affects PSP approval. Underwriters look here first; so do we.

Questions, answered

Is this really anonymous?

Yes. The whole check runs in your browser. We see nothing — not your answers, not your score — unless you explicitly send us your report.

Where do the numbers come from?

Your inputs, compared against ranges we've built from years of negotiating payment stacks for high-risk merchants. They're deliberately conservative, and they're ranges — not quotes.

How accurate is it?

It's an indicative first pass, not an audit. Where you're unsure, the report says “estimated.” The consultation is where we verify against your real statements.

What happens if I request the consultation?

Our team gets your report and your contact details, and reaches out within 1 business day. It's free, and there are no strings — whatever your score, you'll leave the call with something you can use.

Is this a quote?

No. Real pricing depends on your mix, your providers, and your contracts. This tells you whether it's worth finding out.

Is the Stack Check free?

Yes — free, no account, no email gate. The full report renders on screen, in your browser. If you want our team to walk through it with you afterwards, the consultation is free too.
