What we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

From the contact form on this site:

• Name, email, company, website
• Telegram or WhatsApp handle (if you provide one)
• Industry vertical, target regions, approximate monthly volume
• The message you write to us

From the Stack Check (fin-set.com/stack-check): nothing, unless you submit the consultation form there — the check itself runs entirely in your browser. If you do submit: name, email, Telegram or WhatsApp handle, company (optional), and the report you generated (your answers and scores).

If you arrived from an ad, your submission also includes the ad's click reference and campaign tags from the link you clicked — used only to know which ad brought you.

From our hosting infrastructure (server-default logs):

• IP address, browser user-agent, referrer URL, request timestamps

We do not run analytics, retargeting, ad pixels, or session-replay tools on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar.

• To respond to your enquiry and propose an engagement.
• To send the auto-confirmation email back to you after form submission.
• To improve our marketing copy based on aggregate patterns (e.g. which verticals send the most briefs).

We don't sell your data, share it with marketing networks, or use it to profile you for advertising.

An honest list of every external service that touches your data when you interact with this site:

• Resend (email delivery) — receives the contents of any form submission so we can deliver the team notification and your confirmation email.
• Vercel (hosting) — serves the site and writes server-default request logs.
• Calendly (call booking) — if you book a call directly, Calendly receives whatever you enter there. Subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

That's the full list. No tracking SDKs, no aggregator scripts, no data brokers.

• Contact form and Stack Check submissions: retained indefinitely in our team inbox unless you ask us to delete them.
• Server logs: 30 days (Vercel default), then automatically purged.
• Calendly bookings: retained per Calendly's own retention policy.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold on you (access).
• Delete it (right to erasure).
• Correct it if it's wrong (rectification).
• Send you a copy in a standard format (portability).
• Stop using it for any purpose you object to.

Email hello@fin-set.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

This service is not directed at anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Data may be processed outside the UAE — Vercel runs primarily in the US, Resend runs in the US and EU (Frankfurt). Standard data-handling agreements apply with each provider. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer.

This policy may be updated as our stack or services evolve. The current version is always at fin-set.com/privacy. We don't notify proactively unless changes are material.
