TRANSPARENCY

What we do, what we don't, and where our role ends.

We want clients to know exactly where FinSet's responsibility starts and stops, before any engagement begins.

§01

Who FinSet is

FinSet is the trade name of Prime Fintech Project Management L.L.C, headquartered at RAG Tower, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are licensed in the UAE to provide corporate services and project management.

§02

What we do

Our scope is operational project management. Specifically:

  • Project-manage corporate structure setup, PSP and banking onboarding, and CFD brokerage stand-up.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with providers on the merchant's behalf.
  • Coordinate the operational flow from kickoff through go-live and into ongoing optimization.
§03

What we are NOT

  • Not a regulated financial advisor, payment processor, EMI, acquirer, or licensed broker-dealer.
  • We do not hold merchant funds, issue payment instruments, or process transactions ourselves.
  • Legal, tax, and accounting work is outsourced to third-party licensed partners on a per-engagement basis — not provided by FinSet directly.
§04

Where our role ends

  • Final underwriting and approval decisions rest with the licensed PSPs, acquirers, banks, and regulators we connect merchants to.
  • All merchant-provider agreements are signed directly between the merchant and the provider — FinSet is not a contractual party.
  • Disputes between merchants and providers are handled bilaterally; FinSet may assist with communication but is not a signatory and is not liable for the underlying agreement.
§05

Who we work with

We accept merchants who are either:

  • Regulated or licensed in their operating jurisdiction, OR
  • Operating in a vertical that does not require a license under the laws of the markets they target.

Common acceptable verticals include forex/CFD, prop trading, iGaming, crypto, nutraceuticals, peptides, and CBD — where legal in the relevant jurisdiction.

§06

Who we don't work with

  • Adult industry.
  • Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
  • Individuals or entities on UN, OFAC, EU, UK, or equivalent sanctions lists.
  • Categories that violate our partners' acceptable-use policies — illegal goods or services, terrorism financing, money laundering, etc.
  • We reserve the right to decline any engagement, with or without explanation.
§07

Commercial transparency

We may receive referral commissions from providers in our network. The amount or existence of any commission does not influence which providers we recommend — matching is based strictly on fit (vertical, jurisdiction, target markets, risk profile).

Engagement fees payable to FinSet are disclosed in writing before any work begins.

§08

Confidentiality

Merchant information is treated confidentially and shared only with providers required for the active engagement.

§09

Updates
